:: Reception / Kiosk
Hours are seasonal but we are always open by 8.00 a.m. and are available after-hours for check-ins and emergencies.
:: Site / Unit Occupancy
Sites maximum 6 people ( 4 adults). Generally one van and annex, or one/two tents depending on size. Cabins – maximum as per beds available. No more than 4 adults in any one unit. No more than one vehicle per site/unit. All guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Managers discretion applies at all times with regard to occupancy and vehicle numbers.
:: Van Parking
Any variation from standard Caravan Park Procedures, or use of site must be approved by Management.
:: Day Visitors
Facilities at Parkgate Resort are for Resort patrons (registered overnight guests) only. Your Day Visitors must sign-in at the Office (Please note there may be some seasonal times when Day Visitors are not permitted – please check at Reception). Visitor Cars should remain in the Carpark. Guests must depart and sign-out by close of Reception or will be deemed an overnight guest and charged accordingly.
:: Child Supervision
Parents/guardians are primarily responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour at all times. Please ensure the safety signs and notices at various venues are adhered to.
:: Family Bathroom
Is available. Please ask at Reception.
:: Bicycles
Skateboards, roller blades and scooters are permitted but all riders must have a helmet. The areas around the Amenities blocks and at reception are not to be used. Motorized mini bikes, scooters and the like are not permitted.
:: Fires
No open fires are permitted at any time.
:: Emergencies
If you have an Emergency please dial 000 and then contact Park Management immediately (Phone 5356 4215 or use Intercom at Reception door). In the event of an Emergency in the wider local area, please follow Management instructions at the time.
:: Noise
Shall not be audible by any adjoining site/unit after 10pm. Exceptions to this will be advised – ie. New Year’s Eve, special events.
:: Check Out
Generally 10am. Sundays or Public Holiday 11am. Subject to availability and at Management discretion. We regret there is no refund for early departures. Late check-out – may be available. Please ask at Reception – tariffs will apply – Sites $15 Units $30. No amalgamating of sites or cabins if occupancy exceeded (6 per cabin or site). After 3pm – another nights tariff may apply.
:: Pools
From 8.30am until sunset. The pools will be closed in stormy weather at Managers Discretion. Strictly NO GLASS permitted.
:: Tennis
Courts are free to use. During busy periods, as necessary, a roster system may be implemented. Racquets and balls are available for a small hire fee ($2 per racquet and ball set) plus a refundable deposit of $5 per set.
:: Golf
The hitting of golf balls is prohibited on Park premises.
:: Internet
Net4 (Wireless) is available, with good coverage over most of the Park. A direct credit card payment is required. An Internet Kiosk is currently available during Reception Hours at $4 per hour.
:: Laundry
Is available at all times. Washers and dryers require $1 coins in various multiples. Change is available during Reception Hours.
:: Clothes
Lines Lines are available at the Laundry and for Unit occupants, in the cour tyards.
:: Rubbish
Wheelie Bins are available throughout the Park. A recycle bin is available at the main Amenities Block.
:: Dump Point
Located at Main Amenities Block South wall.
:: Television
Reception Under normal atmospheric conditions TV reception is good throughout the Park.
:: Car Washing
Please refer to Management for the current Policy.
:: Bicycle Storage
Bicycles and scooters etc are not to be taken inside buildings or Units.
:: Behaviour
Management reserves the right to evict at any time (with no refund) persons intoxicated, using foul language or failing to comply with the reasonable requirements of Park Management.
:: Alcohol
Can be consumed at your site/ Cabin/ or BBQ areas only. Guests are not permitted to have or drink alcohol in any of the Public areas, unless during a special event where Management have previously advised.
:: Loss and Damage
The registered site/unit holder is responsible for the conduct and actions of their occupants and any visitors; and for any damage and subsequent charges that may occur.
:: Pets
Strictly No Pets. Guests found to have pets will be asked to leave immediately. |
