Unless arranged
prior to arrival all on site accommodation requires you to bring
all your personal linen and towels. The quoted tariff is
based on the number of guests displayed on your receipt. Should
you wish to alter the dates or number of guests, you are required
to inform reception seven (7) days prior to arrival. Failure to
do this may result in your booking being cancelled and deposit forfeited.
Only bookings cancelled 14 days or more days before arrival will
have deposits refunded (less $10 administration fee).

:: Check in / Check out

Check in time is from 3pm so as to ensure facilities
are prepared for your arrival. Sites are not permitted to check
in after 9.30pm. Reception needs to be notified if you are staying
in a unit or cabin and expect to arrive after 9.30pm. |

Checkout time is 10am. A late checkout may be available if
bookings permit, however please check with reception the day
before departure. A late departure fee is applicable. |

Parkgate is situated approximately 1.2 kilomatres north-east from
Halls Gap village centre and 800 metres south from the Halls Gap
Hotel on Halls Gap — Stawell Road (Grampians Road).
:: Terms and conditions
Full payment is required on arrival unless by prior arrangement.
Cash, Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard credit cards are accepted. Cheques
accepted only by prior arrangement. The following information is
to ensure that all resort patrons have a safe and enjoyable stay. |

:: Reception
Reception times are seasonal. The current office hours are displayed
on receptions door. Please ask staff at the time of making the reservation
if you have any questions.
:: Kiosk / Café
Offers you daily newspapers, basic grocery lines, coffee, pizza
and a small selection of take-away food (depending on availability
and seasonal factors). Opening times are the same hours as reception
listed above. |

:: Site / unit occupancy
Sites may have up to six (6) occupants at any one time unless
arranged with management before arrival. Sites may only accommodate
one van and annex OR two tents. Additional small two man tent may
be erected if required however must be moved every four (4) days.
Maximum one car per site. Please ensure all of the above are confined
within your site boundary (check site markers on kerbing). Units
only to accommodate numbers according to the beds available in the
unit.
:: Van parking
For fire safety please ensure that all drawbars face the road.
Please ensure cars, campers and caravans are not parked on concrete
annex pads or sites other than your own. |

:: Extra guests / Day visitors
Any extra guest not initially registered and
paid for, wishing to stay overnight must register at reception on
arrival and pay the appropriate fee. Facilities at Parkgate Resort
are for Resort patrons. Day visitors are welcome,
however due to emergency procedure requirements we request that
visitors register on arrival and pay the applicable fee to use Resort
facilities. At no time are visitors’ cars permitted to remain
in the Resort. Visitors parking is available opposite the entrance
to the Resort. |

:: Child supervision
Parkgate is a wonderful place for children to enjoy themselves,
however their safety is important. Utmost care and supervision is
required, especially in the following areas:

Rock climbing and bush
walking can be fun, however if people decide to venture
onto the rocky outcrop, alongside the creek or other areas that
are not supervised they do so at their own risk. |

Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades and scooters are permitted if speed limits
are adhered to. Helmets are to be worn at all times, no riding
of the above around the boom gates, resort buildings, on tennis
courts or after dark. Continual infringements may result in
the above being confiscated until checkout. |

Children are requested not to enter the campers’
kitchen or play near barbecues unless
supervised by an adult at all times. |
| • |
Children must be supervised by an adult whilst using amenities. |
| • |
Parental supervision at the playground is
advised, with the playground not to be used after dark. |

:: Fires / Emergencies
Parkgate Resort is a fire refuge; the lighting
of fires is prohibited. In case of fire ring 03 5356 4286. In the
event of an emergency, contact Police on 03 5356
4416, Ambulance 11 440, Hospital 03 5358 2255, Stawell Medical centre
03 5358 1410.
:: Noise
For the enjoyment of all patrons it is important that noise be
kept to a minimum at all times especially after 10pm. Noise should
not be audible by any adjoining site/unit after 11pm. If people
are wishing to gather after these hours please contact reception
during reception hours for direction to a suitable place. |

:: Golf balls
The hitting of golf balls is prohibited anywhere on the Parkgate
Resort premises.
:: Pool / Tennis
Pool hours are between 8.30am and 9pm. Plastic
drink containers are available from reception if required as NO
GLASS is permitted within the pool enclosure. Tennis courts are available to patrons free of charge. Racquets and balls
are available for hire from kiosk. $10 deposit, $2 hire per set. |

:: Internet kiosk
Available for park patrons. $2 per 20minutes.
:: Laundries / Clothes lines
Laundries are not locked. Change, irons and pegs
available from the kiosk. Clothes lines can be
found at the rear of both amenities and unit courtyards. Please
do not erect temporary lines, they can be dangerous and unsightly. |

:: Rubbish
Please wrap all rubbish and place into allocated receptacle. Rubbish
is usually cleared Monday and Thursday or on a needs basis.
:: Television reception
Channels 2, 7, 9, 10 and SBS are available. Due to geographic
surroundings and varying atmospheric conditions patrons may experience
some picture deterioration. If you are encountering major problems
please contact reception, as we may be able to assist. |

:: Car washing
Please confirm with reception before washing as possible water
restrictions may be in force.
:: Bicycle storage
Please do not allow bicycles or scooters to be taken into any buildings
or accommodation. Reception can advise of secure bicycle storage
on request. |

:: Behaviour
Management reserves the right to evict at any time persons intoxicated,
using foul or abusive language or generally imposing bad behaviour
on other guests.
:: Loss and damage
Guests are responsible for their accommodation during their stay.
Please report any damage immediately to management. Patrons or guests
must compensate for all materials and labour necessary to repair
damage caused during their occupancy. |
